Features
Tire cradles fold up and down, so you’ll have plenty of clearance and more than enough aesthetic style points.
An external cable with a semi-integrated lock makes sure you feel safe stepping away from your ride.
Hands full? Not a problem. The new pivot allows you to gently drop the rack with a tap of the foot so you can get your ride on the rack without lifting a finger.
With one hand you can release and secure the ratchet arm, providing an intuitively snug, no-wobble fit.
The rack's arms grab the tires, keeping your bike secure and your paint pristine.
Küat’s standard warranty will cover use of any of its 2-inch receiver hitch-mounted bicycle racks on some CLASS B RVs (as defined in 49 C.F.R. 571.3)

Sherpa 2.0 FAQ
Is there a 1 or 2-bike add-on for the Sherpa 2.0 rack?
No, the Sherpa 2.0 was designed to be a lightweight, compact bicycle rack that carries up to two bikes only.
The pinhole on my 1.25” rack does not line up with my receiver.
Not a problem! The rack is actually designed this way. The placement of the hole on the shank of your 1.25” rack is low from the center. This placement creates a happy medium between the two hitch receiver sizes (1.25” and 2”) and their respective pinhole locations. This allows the rack to fit in either a 2” or 1.25” hitch receiver. You must use the provided 3/8” hitch pin with these racks.
How long is the cable bike lock that comes with the Sherpa 2.0 rack?
The cable is 70” long.
Is there a ramp accessory for the Sherpa 2.0?
No, there is not.
The maximum wheelbase for this rack is listed as 47”. What if my bike is 48”? Can I still use the Sherpa 2.0?
The Sherpa 2.0 was designed as a compact bicycle rack and should not be used with bikes with a wheelbase of more than 47”. However, if you have a bike with a wheelbase of 48” - 50”, the Sherpa Tray Extension can extend the normal wheelbase limitation to up to 50”.
Should I lubricate my ratchet arms?
No. Any lubricant that makes contact with the anodized finish may cause damage. All moving parts for the ratchet arm are internal and arrive greased from the factory.
Should I lubricate my locks?
Yes! The locks will arrive lubed from the factory. Each time you lube up your bike chain, squirt a drop or two in the lock on your rack. This will prolong their life and make them easier to use.
Can I use a bike cover/rain cover with my rack?
Absolutely not! A cover would create a significant amount of wind resistance. The extra resistance would increase the strain on your hitch rack, causing it to break.
I have a bike with aero wheels and the rear tire strap is a little too short to accommodate my deep rims. Is there anything I can do?
Yes! You can use the Phat Bike Kit to extend the length of your rear strap.
