Küat Racks Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies only to retail sales made by Küat through its website for shipment directly to purchasing consumers located in the USA and Canada. Shipping terms for wholesale buyers and other sales are set forth in the Küat Retailer Agreement, Distribution Agreement, or other applicable agreements.
Order Processing
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. For in-stock items, expect an email within 2 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
Online orders shipping via ground service typically leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. However, during busy periods (such as summer), fulfillment may take a few business days. Please note that your selected shipping method does NOT affect processing time, although we do prioritize expedited orders.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
Processing and shipping times are separate. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Once shipped, tracking may take an additional business day to update.
Shipping charges and delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders of full-price finished products and accessories (not parts) over $50 for delivery in the contiguous 48 states.
Shipping times may vary and are subject to change based on shipping partner demands. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
Local Pickup
Small parts and racks ordered on Kuat.com are available for pick-up at our headquarters in Springfield, MO. This option will be available at checkout if you are within a 50-mile radius of HQ.
Our products are available in many local shops across the USA and Canada. Check out our dealer locator to find a local shop with our products.
Shipping within the United States
Küat utilizes UPS, FedEx, and USPS to fulfill web orders. Please note: if you have a Post Office Box, you must select USPS for shipment. UPS & FedEx orders sent to a PO box will be returned to sender. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico have limited shipping options due to distance and air travel requirements.
Please note: delivery times will vary based on when the item leaves our warehouse. Once in the hands of USPS, delivery times are out of our control.

Shipping to Canada
Küat will primarily utilize UPS for shipping small parts to Canada, with the exception of shipping to PO Boxes. In these cases, we are required to ship via USPS. Shipping times will vary and can take an average of 5 business days, but may take up to 10 business days for delivery to Canada.
Racks will typically ship from our warehouse in Canada, and local shipping options will be used.

IBEX Panel Kit Shipping Rates and Estimates
Panel kits are shipped in two boxes:

Box 1: Roof, Front & Rear Doors

Box 2: Side Doors
The shipping process is handled via freight due to the size of the items, and a $100 oversized fee applies to Box 1 above. When an order is placed for an IBEX Panel Kit, a separate email will be sent to provide further instructions on the delivery process.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your order faster. These orders are made a priority and we will do our best to ship the same day. The shipping cutoff for expedited orders is 2:30 PM CST. Once your order ships out of our warehouse, you will receive tracking via email.
International Consumers
We do not sell or ship finished goods, including racks or accessories, to retail consumers outside the USA and Canada. Please find a local shop that carries our products in your country.
International Warranty Claims
For warranty products shipped internationally, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Please contact customer service by completing this form.
Refunds and Returns

Order Cancellation
We cannot guarantee cancellation of your order once it has been placed. However, if you contact our customer service department promptly at kuat.com/pages/contact-us or 1-877-822-5828, we will attempt to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already been shipped, you may utilize the return process for a refund.
