Küat Racks Return Policy
This policy applies only to Küat products purchased by a retail consumer directly from kuat.com. If you are not satisfied with your Küat product, you may return new, unused products purchased from our website for a refund. Küat accepts returns of unused products within 30 days of the original shipment, subject to the following terms:
Conditions
- The returned product must be received by Küat within 30 days of shipment. A 10% restocking fee may be deducted if outside of the 30 day return window if approved.
- Returns are only eligible for products purchased directly from kuat.com. Products purchased from dealers or other online retailers must be returned to the original seller. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items purchased from dealers or online retailers.
- A Return Authorization (RA#) is required before returning any product.
- All returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all manuals, parts, and tools.
- If the product is faulty or damaged, please file a Warranty Claim instead of returning the item.

Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including for products ordered in error, products that are unsatisfactory, or items no longer needed.
- If the product was misshipped or damaged during shipping, Küat will provide a return label.
- If you need a return label, please request one through the form below. A return label can be provided, but the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Process
- Returned products are typically processed within 7-10 business days, although non-compliant returns may take longer.
- Refunds will only be credited to the original card used at the time of purchase.
- A 10% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund if the product is non-compliant or outside of the return window.
- Refused Packages will be subject to a 10% fee up to $35. Fee will be deducted from your refund.
- The cost of return shipping (if a return label was provided) may also be deducted from your refund if the product is non-compliant or damaged upon return.
- Refunds for partial returns may be issued at Küat's sole discretion.
Exceptions
- Pro deals: Final sale, not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Open box sales: Final sale.
To Start the Return Process:
- Fill out the form at the bottom of the page to initiate the return. A customer service representative will contact you.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA#) via email. If a shipping label is required, it will be emailed in a separate email.
- Print and include the RA# along with the product and packing slip in the box.
- Ensure the product is clean and in new condition with all components.
- Pack the product securely in a sturdy box. Be sure to include the RA# on the shipping label or box.
