Can I load bikes on a rack that is stored in a Rack Dock?

No. The Rack Dock is not intended to be used in this way.
What is the loaded weight capacity of the Rack Dock?

The Rack Dock can accommodate up to 115 lbs (52 kg).
The User Guide states that I must install the Rack Dock no higher than 24”. Why is this?

The 24” height limit is a safety concern. Installing the Rack Dock higher than this could affect stability and make loading or unloading your rack difficult. Keeping it within this range ensures ease of use and safety.
Will the Rack Dock work with any size Kuat Hitch Rack?

Yes, the Rack Dock is compatible with both 2” and 1.25” racks. An adapter is included for 1.25” hitch receivers.
