Semi-integrated ultra flexible high-strand 10mm cable, with plenty of length for the wheels and frames of all your bikes. The soft-touch outer coating is also easy on your bikes.

Piston SR FAQ
Do I have to have T-slots on my crossbars?
No. The PIston SR comes with universal mounting hardware, giving you two options. HD hardware is available for larger crossbars.
Can I mount the Piston SR using my vehicle’s hitch receiver?
Yes! You can purchase the Piston SR Hitch Adapter separately. This adapter is only compatible with a 2” receiver and will allow you to carry one bike weighing up to 100 lbs.
Can I mount the Piston SR to the side of my IBEX Truck Bed Rack?
Yes! You will need to purchase the Piston SR Mount for the IBEX. The weight capacity will remain the same at 67 lbs.
Can I mount the Piston SR vertically?
No!! Please don’t. However, we sell a 2” Round Bar Mount that will allow you to mount your Piston SR horizontally to an Owl Van™ rack.
Can I put more than one Piston SR on my roof?
Absolutely! Mount as many as you can fit.
Just curious, what does the “SR” stand for?
Single Rail. We took the design of the Piston Pro X hitch-mounted rack and used a single rail option to mount it on a roof.
